The First Teaser Trailer for Live-Action Dumbo

Despite the film not being released until March 2019, Disney has just dropped the first teaser trailer for Tim Burtons live-action film Dumbo and Disney bloggers and fans are beyond excited.

It’s hard to believe that the original Dumbo we loved so much came out in 1941! And of course, it makes perfect sense that Tim Burton stepped up to the plate to direct the movie. Everyone remembers the pink elephant number, well Burton will bring out Dumbo in all it’s glory.

Tim Burton is well known for his Alice in Wonderland remake and Nightmare Before Christmas, needless to say, they’ve gotten the best man for the job.

This live-action remake will be featuring Colin Farrell, Eva Green and Danny DeVito. One character we appear to be missing from the teaser trailer is Timothy Q. Mouse, Dumbo’s loveable friend who sticks by him throughout in the original.

Whilst fans are excited for Dumbo’s release there are other Disney films that are hitting the cinema sooner than we thought. Incredibles 2 is due to hit any day and with The Lion King live-action remake due to make its debut in 2019 too, it looks to be a very exciting few years for Disney.

Dumbo is an undeniable classic, and with so many live-action remake successes such as; The Jungle Book 2016, Beauty and the Beast 2017, we can only have high hopes for what is to come with Dumbo 2019.

Get ready to see an elephant fly!
